Semi Jaupaj took part in the Albanian Festivali i Këngës in 2010 with Albi Xhepa with the song Drite. She has now released a solo single and is part of the band Grifshat who had success at the popular Kenga Magjike festival.
Semi was also in the Festivali i Këngës in 2011 as part of the band Bojken Lako featuring Breza. The band finished in 10th place in the final.
Her current band is Grifshat and they had success in the Kenga Magjike festival recently with the song Jashte lekure nuk do dal.
Semi has recently released a solo single, Me paster, me kthjellet, me afer (Vetem nje here). She has made a promotional video for this song that you can see below.
She will also compete in the forthcoming Top Fest competition in Albania.
