Igzidora Gjeta has won the very first Albanian Junior Eurovision national selection with the song, Kam një këngë vetëm për ju, and will represent her country at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest in Amsterdam. Igzidora beat off competition from 13 other participants.
Albania will take part in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest for the first time this year. A national selection was held to select their first participant and will sing in Amsterdam on 1 December.

10. Ilva Latifi – Bota e ëndërrave – 3
11. Alisia Xhameta – Jam një vajzë shqiptare – 2
12. Shejla Sylejmani, Keida Dervishi & Joan Mezini – Nidizi bateritë – 2
13. Megi Thaci & Xhesuida Diva – Tek shtëpia e diellit – 1
14. Ana Maria Isufaj – Karnavalet – 0
The voting was decided between the participants. Igzidora finished seven points ahead of her nearest competitor.
