The Bosnia and Herzegovina representative at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest has officially premiered today Krive Riječi which is the lead single that will be included on her upcoming album slated for an autumn release.
Maya Sar‘s fans have been champing at the bit for new music from the Bosnian singer and that is why she has decided to give them a preview of what will be her debut album that will become available in October.
Throughout her entire career she has composed a lot of great music but this will be her first solo album and, shortly after her participation at this year’s Eurovision Song Contest with the song Korake Ti Znam, Maya Sar started with the preparation of her debut album and she has been busily working on it. She has composed music and written lyrics and the arrangement and production have been in charge of a large number of musicians headed by producer Mahirom Sarihodžićem.
Krive Riječi which means Wrong Words is the first taste of Maya’s new project and it brings a new sound where we discover a slightly different musical expression we are used to hearing from her. The lyrics of the song tell the story of how her daily life is and it exudes cheerfulness and optimism.
