The first semi final of the Festivali i Kenges took place tonight. There will be 3 shows to decide the Albanian entry at the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest in Germany.
16 established acts and 3 new acts took part in the first show. Expert juries selected 8 establised acts and 1 new act to progress to the final on 25 December 2010.
The acts to qualify were –

9. Maria Prifti Pasuri e pasurive New act
