Sergey Lazarev wins Best Russian Male Artist award

One of the most popular Russian music awards, RU TV Awards, celebrated the biggest achievements of Russian artists. With many former Russian Eurovision acts present, ‘the only one’ Sergey Lazarev received the award for Best Male Artist.

Among the guests and award winners, we could see those who also competed for Russia at some time – Lena Temnikova (2007), Alexey Vorobyev (2011) and Polina Gagarina (2015).

Sergey performed his latest Russian hit Eto Vse Ona (It’s All Because of Her) playing the biggest dork you could ever imagine.

The artist has been in the music industry for quite a while now and it’s not the first time he has received such an award. He’s been named Best Male Artist several times before, first receiving it at the MTV Russia Music Awards.

As the show finished, Sergey went back on his long-lasting nationwide tour named The Best, stretched to the end of the year.
