This evening has been presented Not Alone, the song that Aram MP3 will be performing for Armenia at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest. The show featured the performances of many former Armenian Eurovision representatives who came to wish Aram MP3 good luck in Copenhagen.
The Armenian entry for the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest has been revealed this evening in a special show which was aired live by the Armenian broadcaster AMPTV.
The song:
Not Alone starts as a piano ballad and the melody sounds epic at the beginning. First thought is that it is going to be a ballad but it builds up and then it surprises with some dubstep. The music of the song was composed by Aram MP3 himself and the author of the lyrics is Garik Papoyan who happens to be Aram’s best friend.
In an interview to eurovision.tv the singer himself recommended that the
song should be heard with closed eyes "not prepared for dancing, but to
unlock the soul, because it penetrates into the very depths of the
human soul". Aram MP3 stated that the message of his song is that "you should never give up and always fight for love. One kiss can change everything."

Armenia at the Eurovision Song Contest:
The history of Armenia at the Eurovision Song Contest is quite short but very successful. They debuted in 2006 with the song Without Your Love performed by Andre who reached the final and finished eighth. In 2007, having reached the top ten the previous year, they qualified automatically to the final finishing eighth once again. In 2008, Sirusho achieved a fourth place but in 2011, Emmy failed to qualify for the final. Armenia did not take part at the competition in 2012 but they were back last year with the band Dorians that finished 18th in the final.
