A press conference was held at the RTVSLO headquarters in Ljubljana to present Straight Into Love.  Hannah has composed the lyrics and music for this uptempo dance song.  Hannah explained  “The song is about how I fall in love. About the beginning of it”.  She also said she has no fears to enter the stage in Malmö as she has often performed in front of many crowds of fans.

Hannah is originally from the USA but has lived in Slovenia for the past six years.  She was recently chosen internally to represent Slovenia in Malmö in May.

Also, today Cyprus revealed their entry for Malmö.  Despina Olympiou will perform An Me Thimase.  The song is a ballad and will be performed in the Greek language.  The song is composed by Andreas Giorgallis and Zenon Zindilis who are both from Cyprus.

Despina  was also selected internally by the Cypriot broadcaster CyBC.  She is very popular in Greece and Cyprus and has been having hits since 1992.  Despina will be a guest and perform her song at the Greek selection on 18 February.
