Tonight the German population decided who will be representing them at the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest. They went for the female band No Angels and their song Disappear.
No Angels consist of the four girls; Nadja Bernaissa, Lucy Diakovska, Sandy Mölling and Jessica Wahls and was originally founded as a quintet back in 2000 for the TV show Popstars. They are among the best selling female groups in Germany and have also experienced success abroad.
In 2003 the band did officially split up, but reunited with four of the members in the beginning of 2007 where they then released their 4th album "Destiny". Next step for the band is now going to be the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest in Belgrade in May where they will be representing their country Germany.
