Moldova will be represented this year by Geta Burlacu with ‘A Century of Love’, a jazz influenced song.
The final placings were:

10. Cristina Rujiţcaia – You Make Me Feel Crazy
11. Liusia Znamensky – Don’t Deceive My Heart
11. Formaţia „Scroom” – Jane
After a voting procedure which was close all the way, Geta emerged the winner. She won only the ‘expert’ jury vote. Olia and Galina tied for first place in the TRM vote and Alexa won the televote. After all the votes had been put together, Geta came out on top.
Moldova will compete in the first semi-final on May 20th

In my view
Moldova have achieved more than they have deserved so far. Blues did well last year, maybe it’s the turn of jazz this year.
