The starting number eight in the fourth final has produced a winner in the years of 2006 (Carola – Evighet), 2008 (Charlotte Perrelli – Hero) and 2009 (Malena Ernman – La Voix). Starting as number one has also been seen as a good starting position with a lot of strong qualifiers through the years, while starting from number two usually means it’s going to be tough to qualifiy.
