Kate Ryan ready to release 4th album

Kate Ryan, who represented Belgium at the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest, has just finished her fourth album that is due to be released shortly before this year’s Contest in May. Until that she has chosen to escape from snowy Europe!

The album, which title is yet to be announced, will be released across Europe on May 19Th. She didn’t manage to qualify for the Eurovision final, but international success is not unknown to her as her debut album, “Different” from 2002 made it to the charts in Switzerland, Poland, Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Portugal and of course home country, Belgium. In total this album sold more than 250,000 copies throughout Europe. Both her second album “Stronger” released two years later and “Alive” that features her Eurovision entry; Je t’adore from 2006 entered the charts in Austria, Switzerland and Germany.

Kate reveals that now that her fourth album is ready to be released she is away on a well-deserved holiday:

Taking a break now, holidays in the sun, far away from snowy Europe.
