Salem Al Fakir and Ola Svensson has advanced to the final in Globen as a result saturdays televoting result. Jessica Andersson and Pain of Salvation will have another chance to qualify for the final in the second chance heat on March 6th.
Salem Al Fakirs song "Keep on walking" received more votes than any other song in the first round and therefore advanced directly to the final.
The songs placed 6 to 8 had to leave while the four songs in places 2 to 5 from the first round took part in a second round of voting. Ola Svenssons song "Unstoppable" received most votes in this round which qualified him for the final. Jessica Anderssons song "I did it for
love" and Pain of Salvations "Road Salt" ended up ahead of Linda Pritchards "You’re making me hot-hot-hot" which means that Jessica and Pain of Salvation will have another chance to qualify for the final in the second chance heat while Linda is out.
