Last 10 qualifiers draw their approximate starting position for Eurovision 2019 final

With only three spots left for the second half, tension was high at the draw following tonight’s semi-final. If most of the favourites ends up in first half, and one of them in the second half, the latter could gain an advantage.

With Israel, Italy, France, Spain and United Kingdom in the second half – and furthermore Belarus, Serbia, Estonia, Australia and Iceland drawing second half too, only three spots were left in that desired half. Tonight’s 10 qualifiers included a lot of the favourites to win so everyone was nervous. Who would end up in first half and who in second half?

The draw tonight took place at the press conference which followed soon after the live show for the second semi-final.
