This evening, Quartissimo won the right to represent Slovenia thanks mainly to the votes of the jury. The song, Love Symphony, is mostly instrumental. Omar Nabar who represented Slovenia at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest came second.
Quartissimo qualified for the final via last night’s semi final, where they were up against 13 other songs:

Karmen Stavec – A zi zelis
Nuska Drascek – Kako lepo
Mitja – Mission
Of the songs in the semifinal, the following songs qualified for tonight’s final:

They were joined in the final by six songs, whose writers had been invited by RTVSLO to submit songs. The songs and artists were as follows;

Samuel Lucas – Vse bi zate dal

The result showed as difference in the opinions of the voting public and the jury. In the end, the jury’s votes proved decisive. The full results were;
