Today you can add Qami by Sevak Khanaghyan to the list of officially released Eurovision 2018 videos. They have just issued a spectacular video to accompany their entry.
The video was directed by Arthur Manukyan, the same man responsible for last year’s entry Fly With Me by Artsvik. The director of photography is Suren Tadevosyan. Stylist Aram Nikolyan and designer Vahagn Miqayelyan also added their magic touch.
Arthur says of the video that when he first heard Qami, he wanted the video to reflect Sevak’s inner world – his emotions and feelings. The video is very minimalistic, yet very expressive continues the director.
Manukyan adds that this was the first time he worked with the Armenian Public TV company and he really enjoyed the assignment.
Sevak shares the director’s positive experience, complimenting Arthur as being an amazing director. Arthur was truly able to show the audience my inner world through the lens and camera.
Sevak’s wish is that the audience sees that he is showing his inner feelings and hopes they will enjoy the journey with him.
