The Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO have revealed the song titles to compete at EMA 2016 in the hope of representing Slovenia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm next May. After revealing the list of artists back in January, we now know who will sing which song.
Slovenian public radio-television station revealed earlier today the list of songs as well as the composers for each of them that will compete at this year’s national selection show on February 27th.
The winner of Evrovizijska Melodija (EMA) will be decided following two rounds of voting. The first round will be voted by a group of juries and 2 entries will be selected. In the second round, the public will decide who will win the EMA competition and represent Slovenia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest.

Slovenia in the Eurovision Song Contest
Since its first participation in 1993, the country competed 21 times and reached the top 7 twice which remains its best position. First in 1995 with the song Prisluhni mi by Darja Švajger and again in 2001 with the song Energy by Nuša Derenda.
