Poli was born in 1987 in Sofia and began singing already at the age of four. Aged eight, she became a member of the childrens group BonBon, which went on to represent Bulgaria at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Her involvement with Eurovision doesn’t stop there – The young singer has previously taken part in the Bulgarian national final in four times, coming second to Krassimir Avramov with Illusion with her entry, One Lifetime is Not Enough in 2009.
She has previously presented an extremely popular children’s TV show in Bulgaria, also entitled BonBon. It comes as no surprise then to learn that Poli also has studied music at the National Music School, majoring in the clarinet. Not content with two talents, Poli also has been studying film, currently in her third year. Ever the busy bee, the young singer also is involved in numerous projects, amongst others the Unicef charity project The Magnificent Six, as well as having provided vocals as part of the Dani Milev Ensemble in the first season of the Bulgarian version of Dancing With The Stars.
She has since gone on to collaborate with such renowned Buglarian stars such as Georgi Hristov, Yordanka Hristova and Nelly Rangelova.
