Esma Redžepova was born in 1943 in Skopje. She is a Macedonian-Romani/Gypsy vocalist. She is a very popular and experienced singer and has performed in over 9,000 concerts in more than 30 countries.
In 2002, Esma recorded a duet with the legendary Macedonian singer, Toše Proeski, called Magija. One of her most well known songs is Čaje Šukarije which was featured in the popular movie, Borat.
Esma also featured in a feature film herself, Gypsy Caravan. This was produced in 2007 and was about five Romani musical artists touring throughout the U.S.A.
Vlatko Lozanoski – Lozano is a popular singer from Kičevo in FYR Macedonia. His breakthrough began on the tv talent series, Mak Dzvezdi in 2007. He then won first prize at the 2008 Macedonia Radio Festival with Starry Night. He also won the newcomers award at the MakFest competition also in 2008.
Vlatko has taken part in several music festivals around the world including the Pjesma Mediterana Festival in Budva, Montenegro and the Slavianski Bazar in Vitebsk, Belarus. He also dueted with Magdalena Cvetkoska at the Golden Wings Festival in Moldova and took the second placing award.
In 2009, Vlatko took part in the FYR Macedonia national selection for Eurovision with the song, Blisku Do Mene, which took him to fourth place.
