2014: Freaky Fortune feat. RiskyKidd - Rise Up

Freaky Fortune is an Athenian musical duo made up of vocalist Nicolas "Nick" Raptakis (born 30th April 1990) and producer Theofilos Pouzbouris aka Teo Buzz (born 9th February 1991). Having both studied music from a young age, Nicolas and Theofilos co-write their music and describe themselves as a ‘dance project’. Their first claim to success occurred when their cover version of star singer Katy Perry’s Part of Me won a contest held by popular American blog Perez Hilton. Freaky Fortune subsequently released three singles, Our Destiny, Stronger and All I Need, before entering the Greek national final for Eurovision.

RiskyKidd is the stage name of Greek rapper Shane Schuller. Shane was born in London (on 17th June 1994) to a Jamaican mother and a German father. The family later moved to Greece. RiskyKidd has fond memories of his collaboration for successful 2012 dance hit All The Time with 2005 Eurovision winner Helena Paparizou, whom he describes as ‘talented, intelligent and generous’. The young rapper, whose favourite male Eurovision artist is Norway’s Alexander Rybak, recently revealed that he associates the contest with getting together with friends to watch the Grand Final while having junk food.
