After numerous appearances alongside major Slovenian artists Maja Keuc was, until now, generally recognized as a singer and arranger, but she is increasingly becoming known for her own songs. She has worked with genres such as soul, jazz and blues, which she has come to feel completely au fait with. Maja has participated in musical shows such as We Will Rock You and she is a former member of a local rock band called Bugs. She shot to fame in her country when she came runner-up in the show Slovenija Ima Talent (Slovenia’s Got Talent) in 2010.
The music of this song has been composed by Matjaž Vlašič, who also composed the Slovenian entries in 1998 (Naj bogovi slišijo), 2001 (Energy) and 2006 (Mr. Nobody), and penned by Urša Vlašič who is responsible for the lyrics of 1998, 2001, 2005 (Stop) and 2006 Eurovision songs.
