Aurela Gaçe was born in Vlora, Albania in 1974 and her music career started at the age of 4. She was never afraid to say that she likes participating in music contests. Aurela’s biggest success up until then came when taking part in a competition at the age of 19, held in Tirana and organized by the national TV broadcaster. Her first victory however came in Spring Festival ’94, a mere four months later. She also won the first prize in Fest ’99 with her song Sjam Tribu.
