InCulto is led by Jurgis Didžiulis, a Colombian-born Luthuanian. He’s married to Irish-born Erica Jennings, who represented Lithuania as part of the group Skamp in 2001. The other members of InCulto are Jievaras Jasinskis, Laurynas Lapė, Sergej Makidon, Aurelijus Morlencas.
InCulto was formed in 2003, when Didžiulis started experimenting with Latin rhythms and funk in the Lithuanian club scene. One year later they released their first album, PostSovPop, which spawned several singles. In 2006 InCulto received a nomination as Best Baltic Act in the MTV Europe Music Awards – losing out to Latvian Eurovision participants Brainstorm.
Also in 2006 InCulto made their first bid for Eurovision success, taking part in the Lithuanian National Final with the slightly irreverant song Welcome to Lithuania. They came second to LT United.
Didžiulis has also acted, taking the part of Judas Iscariot in the Andrew Lloyd-Webber Jesus Christ Superstar.
